Recently, Ulsan City Hall officials visited us and we conducted a tour program together.

This program is a time to look around the center and find out what services it provides to foreign workers. Let’s take a look at what it has to offer!

 What is the center tour about?

When you open the door to the center and enter, 

the first thing you will notice are clocks       that show the current time in each country.

This space is designed so that foreign workers can easily compare the time with Korea, 

and below that, there is a consultation space for foreign workers.

And I think you were curious about the largest screen during the tour.

This large screen is the work status table of the Hyundai Heavy Industries Ulsan Branch Foreigner Support Center.

Here, you can check the status of the staff currently in the office and the on-site interpretation support staff at a glance.

On the left side of the screen, there is also a space where you can check the history and role of the Foreigner Support Center, main services, interpreter status, and qualification specifications.

You can see at a glance how the center is operated.

 HR Standard, Foreign Worker Support Service

HR Standard provides various services to help approximately 10,000 foreign workers settle down stably.

Main services include   settlement support, HR management support, and Korean language education services  ,

and in addition, it also provides foreign resident settlement solutions for the government and local governments, foreign worker management solutions for companies, and Korean language education solutions.

In addition, it spares no effort in providing various support such as living support, online and offline civil complaint consultation, cultural exchange events, and corporate culture adaptation campaign activities.

In addition, it supports back-office work such as interpretation and translation, administrative support, and career management, minimizing the inconveniences that foreign workers may experience in Korea.

In particular, various Korean language education programs such as basic Korean language classes, social integration program pre-evaluation preparation classes, and job Korean language classes are operated by HD Hyundai Heavy Industries, so you can develop the Korean language skills necessary for living and working in Korea.

  Various services provided by the center

While looking around the center, I could see that they provide safety rules for foreign workers, piping and welding education, TBM, on-site inspection, and work instruction interpretation support. 

They also provide employment contract consultation, housing consultation interpretation, and support for settling down well in Korea.

And we all agree that Korean is essential to living in Korea, right?   

HR Standard helps foreign workers live and work smoothly in Korea through

 basic Korean education, job Korean education, and social integration programs.

In addition, the center also holds cultural events such as running events   , fishing competitions  , and summer cultural healing tours    that were previously introduced on the blog.

They also provide opportunities for foreign workers to adapt to and enjoy Korean culture.

After the tour program, we also had time to hand out the  welcome kits   prepared by HR Standard.

We prepared a small gift to express our gratitude for participating in our center's tour program.

HR Standard plans to continue to support foreign workers to settle down and live comfortably in the future.
