On Saturday, November 23, we successfully completed the event by providing interpretation support at the 3rd pre-evaluation test of the Social Integration Program (KIIP) hosted by the Ministry of Justice and the Korea Immigration Foundation.

「What is the Social Integration Program (KIIP)?」

The Social Integration Program (KIIP) is a program that educates foreigners who have entered Korea for the purpose of long-term stay or settlement in Korea

the basic Korean language skills and Korean culture necessary for them to adapt to Korean society.

Through this, we support foreigners to communicate smoothly with Korean citizens and easily integrate into the local community.

(2) Establishing cooperative relationships with various local communities and companies

(3) Strengthening the organization's operational capacity through on-site interpretation experience for the Ministry of Justice-hosted exam

The role of interpreters is important in helping test takers with various languages and cultural backgrounds communicate smoothly.

The process of accurately confirming the identity of the examinee before the test is an important procedure.

We support the process of accurately understanding and confirming the date of birth written on the test so that the examinee's identity can be correctly confirmed.

Additionally, electronic device submission regulations are an essential procedure for the security and fairness of the exam. 

We provided interpretation support so that the examinee could properly understand the regulations and accurately submit the electronic devices.

In the case of a language barrier, it can be difficult to find the exact test site.

The interpreter accurately delivers guidance and directions to the test site. 

It helped the test taker focus on the exam.

Lastly, the rules, behavior guidelines must be followed at the test site.

It is important to clearly convey precautions to examinees with language barriers.

The role of the interpreter is very important because the test cannot proceed smoothly without the interpreter's accurate communication.
