HR Standard is carrying out various activities to support the stable settlement of foreign workers.

Last December, we held a badminton competition with foreign workers at the Ulsan Hwajeong Gymnasium.

This competition was an opportunity for workers from various countries to gather in one place, build friendships, and understand each other's cultures. The event was successfully concluded with smooth communication between global employees through multinational interpretation support activities.

1. Activity Overview

Location: Ulsan Hwajeong Gymnasium

Participants: 192

Participating Countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Vietnam

Activity Content: Hosting a sports competition for foreign workers managed by the Foreign Workers Support Center

2. Main Activities and Feedback

This badminton competition provided an opportunity to understand and respect workers with diverse cultural backgrounds. In addition, it was a time to strengthen communication and understand cultures among global employees through interpretation support from multinational interpreters.

Participants said, "It was a great opportunity to make friends from new countries,"

"The competition was very fun, and I hope there will be more opportunities like this in the future."
