Recently, the Hyundai Heavy Industries Foreigner Support Center successfully held a fishing competition to strengthen communication with foreign workers. This event served as an opportunity to strengthen solidarity among workers of various nationalities and spread positive awareness of the Foreigner Support Center.

Participating Countries: Thailand, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Vietnam

● Activity Contents

(1) Participant registration and orientation on competition methods and safety rules

(2) Ranking based on the length of fish caught during a set time

(3) Awarding various prizes such as electric bicycles

● Key Achievements and Feedback

HR Standard Co., Ltd. provided foreign workers with opportunities for communication and raised awareness of the Foreigner Support Center through the fishing competition. In addition, it promoted intimacy among workers, drew attention to various programs in the future, strengthened workers' sense of belonging, and supported stable settlement.

Participant Feedback

Most workers who participated in the competition responded positively to this event and said that interacting with workers of different nationalities was very helpful. They also said, "Through the competition, I felt a sense of belonging and stability in my life in Korea," and "I want to communicate more often through programs like this in the future.“
