In our busy daily lives, we need to take a break from our tired bodies and minds. 

Especially for foreign workers, experiencing new cultures and environments can be a great driving force for their work. 

To provide this opportunity, HR Standard has prepared a special travel program for Indonesian foreign workers.

Following the fishing competition event for communication with foreign workers at the HR Standard Foreigner Support Center that we previously introduced, this blog will provide a vivid account of the experiences that participants have through the New Year Seoul Travel Program and how they relieve stress accumulated from work. 

Let’s take a look at various activities such as experiencing Hanbok and Korean food culture!

Feel the Korean spirit: < Hanbok experience, Gyeongbokgung tour >

This Seoul tour was held for 2 days and 1 night, and the first schedule was the Hanbok experience and Gyeongbokgung tour. The workers had time to experience Korean history and culture by wearing Hanbok and exploring Gyeongbokgung. HR Standard took pictures with foreign workers wearing Hanbok against the backdrop of beautiful scenery, creating special memories.

Delicious Korean Food Experience: Bibimbap

I think that the representative traditional Korean food is bibimbap. At HR Standadard, we prepared a bibimbap experience so that workers can experience the charm of Korean food firsthand. It was a meaningful time to experience the taste of Korean tradition more closely while eating delicious food together.

Feel the charm of Seoul: N Seoul Tower

N Seoul Tower, one of Seoul's landmarks, boasts the best view of the entire city of Seoul. Indonesian workers enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Seoul from the top of the tower and had a great time with the cityscape. The workers took pictures with the scenery in the background and created unforgettable memories.

"The photos taken at the observatory became unforgettable and precious memories.

Thanks to this tour provided by HR Standard, I was able to better understand the culture and beauty of Korea,

and I was so happy to be able to get away from my daily life and have a new experience."
