In the midst of the daily routine, sometimes our minds and bodies need a break.
HR Standard has prepared a special trip where Sri Lankan workers can experience Korean history and culture and heal.
Previously, we traveled to Seoul with Indonesian workers, but in this post,
we will share with you the vivid experiences of cultural experiences and healing that the workers experienced while traveling to Gyeongju, Ulsan, and Daegu for 2 nights and 3 days with Sri Lankan workers.
Let’s take a look at the various activities we experienced while exploring local attractions!
Day 1: Gyeongju
Bulguksa Temple, a representative cultural heritage of Korea, is a place that inspires many people with its historical value and beauty. During this trip, the workers were able to experience the magnificent architecture and tranquil nature of Bulguksa Temple and gain a deeper understanding of Korean tradition and culture.
Traditional costume experience: I am also a king of the Silla Dynasty!
I also made memories at Daereungwon while wearing Silla-era hanbok in Gyeongju. I was able to feel the atmosphere of the ancient kingdom while wearing the antique Silla-era costume. It was a meaningful time to experience the life and culture of the people of that time a little more closely while wearing the costume of the old era in a historical place.
"The Gyeongju trip was a really special experience.
It was very interesting to see the ancient ruins in person and learn about Korean history.
Especially when I took pictures wearing Silla-era costume at Daereungwon, I felt like I was in Korean history.“
Day 2: Ulsan <Special experience at Jangsaengpo Cultural Village>
Jangsaengpo Cultural Village is a place where you can feel the charm of Ulsan's fishing village, and you can learn about Korea's old culture and lifestyle with Sri Lankan workers. It was a precious time to experience Korea's history and traditional lifestyle while walking around the village, and enjoy the unique scenery.
Ilsanji: A wide ocean that opens your heart, relieve stress!
Ilsanji, the representative ocean of Ulsan, was a place where you could spend time healing away from your daily life while looking at the wide ocean. In particular, Ilsanji Beach is very close to the Hyundai Heavy Industries workplace, making it a perfect place to take a walk after work. The workers made unforgettable memories by taking the popular sand heart shot together.
"I felt like all my stress disappeared as I walked while looking at the ocean.
The peaceful atmosphere of Ilsanji Beach made my mind comfortable,
and it was a really happy time to feel Korea's nature so close. “
"I was grateful that HR Standard told me that there was a place like this near my company.
I often go there after work. I think it will come. “
Day 3: Daegu <Thrilling E-World>
On the last day, we visited E-World in Daegu and had a great time riding exciting rides. We were able to have a fun and special time seeing various rides and attractions that were difficult to experience in Sri Lanka. It was a precious time where we were able to make happy memories together through this special healing tour prepared by HR Standard.
“I had so much fun at E-World. The thrill I felt while riding the rides and the precious memories
I made with the people I was with thanks to HR Standard. Thank you for providing a great tour!”
