HR STANDARD (CEO Choi Jung-hwan) received an appreciation plaque from the Shared Growth Office of HD Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. on October 21 in recognition of its contributions to supporting and helping foreign workers settle in Korea.

The appreciation plaque was awarded in recognition of HR STANDARD’s efforts since May 2023 to operate the Foreign Worker Support Center at HD Hyundai Heavy Industries and provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process, from foreign workers’ entry into Korea to education, settlement, and counseling.

Through the Foreign Worker Support Center, HR STANDARD provides customized, field-oriented services, including interpretation and translation by nationality, counseling, Korean language education, and administrative support, helping foreign workers settle stably in Korea and adapt to the workplace culture.

The Shared Growth Office of HD Hyundai Heavy Industries highly recognized HR STANDARD’s contribution to improving the quality of life of foreign workers, creating a mutually beneficial working environment, and promoting a global culture of inclusion through its close, on-site support.

Following this award, HR STANDARD stated that it plans to grow into a company that provides integrated services covering global workforce management, education, and counseling, going beyond settlement support for foreign workers, while contributing to strengthening the global competitiveness of Korea’s industrial workforce.
