The patented technology for an integrated Life Cycle support platform for foreign workers, developed by the Corporate Research Institute of HR STANDARD (CEO Choi Jung-hwan), is drawing attention for its integrated structure that supports the entire process from foreign workers’ entry into Korea to settlement through a single digital platform.

The platform systematically supports foreign workers throughout their entire journey, beginning with pre-entry guidance and employment onboarding, followed by administrative and office support, safety and vocational training, Korean language education, civil complaint support, and settlement management.

Various functions, including settlement support, administrative support, interpretation and translation, safety and vocational training, cultural exchange, and HR and career management, have been integrated into a single platform to enhance convenience and work efficiency for both foreign workers and companies.

Through this, the platform is expected to contribute to various positive outcomes in industrial workplaces, including stable settlement and longer employment periods for foreign workers, shorter skill acquisition periods, reduced operating costs for companies, and fewer accidents and disputes.

HR STANDARD plans to expand collaboration with the governments of labor-sending countries and international organizations to develop the platform into a global standard platform in the HR-tech sector, while supporting the efficient management and stable settlement of foreign workers.
